SF Recruitment are working with a fantastic company based in Leicestershire who are looking for Accounts Assistant to join their team on a full time / permanent basis. The successful candidate must already have previous experience in a similarly broad role.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Credit control, Accounts payable, Payroll and month end duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Raising & processing Purchase Invoices
- Checking invoices match
- Statement reconciliation
- Allocating and reconciling payments
- Credit Control duties
- Liaising with suppliers
- Resolving queries
- Keeping accounts accurate and up to date
- Any other ad hoc duties
Candidate requirements
- Ideally working towards AAT qualification
- Must have experience in a similar accounting role
- Ideally PL, Credit Control & Payroll exposure
- Strong Excel user
- Confident communicator
- Excellent attention to detail
- Great time management & organisation
Please note this is a Permanent, Full-Time role based in Leicestershire.
