Hybrid Working - 2 days remote working

Job duties:
• Processing large number of invoices and raising Pos
• Update ledgers and existing accounts
• Manage & handle supplier queries
• Allocate cash payments and clear direct debit settlements against supplier accounts
• Testing new AP processes
• Collating accurate PO's via communicating with internal departments
• Any other duties as and when required

The ideal candidate will have the following:
• Strong Excel skills, including V-lookup and Pivot tables
• Keen attention to details, with high level of accuracy
• Self-motivated with a great attitude towards work
• Effective management of time with the ability to prioritise tasks
