We're seeking dedicated Behaviour Mentors to join our rapidly growing specialist schools in East London. These schools cater to pupils aged 3-19 years with Moderate to Severe Learning Disabilities and associated complexities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to the personal needs of pupils, including social, health, physical, hygiene, first-aid, and welfare programmes.
- Ensure pupils' safety and engagement during lunchtime activities.
- Support pupils in understanding instructions across literacy, numeracy, and other subjects, from early years to KS4.
- Foster positive relationships with pupils, serving as a role model and encouraging active participation.
- Maintain a tidy and organised classroom environment.
