The successful Lettings Administrator will be offered the following:
- Basic Salary - Up to £26,500
- Monthly bonus
Lettings Administrator requirements:
- Experience with administration tasks
- Strong communication skills: both verbal and writtenÂ
- Excellent organisational skills
- Proficient in using a computer
- Ability to multi-task and manage own workloadÂ
Key tasks for the Lettings Administrator will include, but will not be limited to:
- Email and diary management
- Handling enquiries over the phone and in person
- Provide information and advice and answer any queries to potential new landlords and tenants.
