An excellent opportunity has arisen for a permanent Estate Manager to join our our client in a prestigious private Estate.

Working alongside the current post holder the successful candidate will be required to:

  • Oversee the staffing including office, janitorial, gardening staff and contractors
  • Ensuring the Estate is kept to a high standard
  • Managing costs
  • Ensuring all legislation are up to date including fire and health and safety
  • Oversee the upkeep of communal areas
  • Manage Services and contractors whilst communicating with the Board in relation to expenses and larger decision making
  • Mange the janitorial garden and office staff
  • Organise repairs and maintenance
  • Attend Monthly Board Meetings and AGM
  • negotiate contracts for utilities

To be considered for this role you will need:

  • Excellent time management skills
  • Efficient at managing projects
  • Ability to liaise with directors on budgeting
  • Full clean driving license

Hours are 8.30am to 3.00pm Monday to Friday

Salary to £39,000
