We have a great opportunity for an experiencedCommis/ Demi chef/ Chef de partie/ Jnr Sous/ Sous chef, who will join our professional kitchen team in the London Bridge area. The restaurant is due to open on the 15th of April but we are aiming to hire the team before that. The cuisine will be modern European with influences from the Greek gastronomy. You will only work with the freshest, hyper-seasonal ingredients and some of the best produce directly from small producers around Greece. The ideal chef must be passionate, have fine dining or AA rosettes experience and be a natural team player. You will be working in a high standard; brand new kitchen and you will have a fantastic career development.
