We're Looking for a Head Chef Who:
Communicates effectively and leads with clarity.
Prioritizes discipline and consistency over momentary motivation.
Tailors their management style to suit individual team members.
Thinks critically and independently bringing creative solutions to the kitchen.
Has a passion for sustainability and ethical sourcing.
Possesses a solid culinary foundation, with experience across a range of cuisines in respected establishments.
Thrives in hospitality and is genuinely passionate about delivering exceptional food.
Has at least 3 years of Head Chef experience in the London restaurant scene, with strong relationships with suppliers.
Committed to longevity you've worked a minimum of 2 years at a single restaurant.
Has hands-on expertise in stock control, GP management, procurement, labour cost control, and health and safety
-Is confident in menu development or excels in culinary research.
What We Offer:
£55K per year including service charge.
48 hours per week across 5 days (with the option for Sundays off)
