As Head Chef, you will be responsible for:

• Leading a talented brigade in a charcoal grill-focused kitchen
• Developing innovative dishes inspired by Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine
• Managing kitchen operations, budgets, and supplier relationships
• Ensuring consistency, quality, and creativity in every dish
• Recruiting, training, and mentoring a team of dedicated chefs

• A strong background as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-quality, fire-led restaurant
• Passion for charcoal grill and open-fire cooking techniques
• Experience in Mediterranean, Middle Eastern, or seasonal British cuisine
• A creative mind for menu development using the best seasonal produce
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a kitchen team
