Mechanical Project Manager

Are you an experienced Mechanical Project Manager looking for your next challenge with a forward-thinking, successful M&E contractor?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected Mechanical & Electrical Building Services company that delivers projects across a wide range of sectors, including commercial, office fit-out, education, healthcare, retail, and leisure. With projects typically ranging from £200k to £4m, theyre known for their end-to-end service from design to installation and commissioning.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking to expand their team with the addition of a skilled Mechanical Project Manager.

The Role:

As Mechanical Project Manager, youll take ownership of mechanical services projects assigned to you overseeing planning, coordination, procurement, and delivery to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage full project lifecycle of mechanical building services installations
  • Collaborate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to drive project delivery
  • Develop and manage project programmes, budgets, and procurement schedules
  • Carry out regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
  • Maintain accurate project documentation throughout delivery
  • Ensure client satisfaction and repeat business through excellent service
Mechanical Project Manager - Desirable experience, skills, and qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, Contracts Manager, or MEP Project Manager
  • Solid background delivering Mechanical projects in the building services industry
  • Commercial and/or Office Fit-Out experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Relevant Mechanical and/or Building Services qualifications (HNC/HND preferred but not essential)
  • CSCS and SMSTS certifications desirable
