As an employee-owned trust, they empower their staff to shape the company's direction and success. The London office has 75 people and overall, there are 58 people in the civils and structures team. The civils team consists of 15 people that comprise of a mix of apprentices, graduates, engineers and technicians.The project sectors you will be working on vary from residential , commercial to schools and hospitals which range in size from medium to large.
