Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee the commercial operations within the organisation, ensuring effective management of resources and budget.
Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and financial performance within the social housing sector.
Manage a small, dedicated team of commercial administrators, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
Work closely with senior leadership to support strategic planning and deliver key objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and local authorities.
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, policies, and best practices in the commercial and housing sectors.

Key Skills & Experience:

Extensive experience in a senior commercial role, preferably within the social housing or related sector.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing a small team.
Excellent financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and financial forecasts.
In-depth understanding of the social housing market, including legislation, regulations, and industry trends.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
