Salary: 75,000 + Benefits
Location: Stratford - East London

The Role:
To be responsible for all commercial activities within the Central Voids Division. Working with the Divisional Manager and Contract Management. Due to the number of individual client involved, this role requires a high-level of organisation, focus and time management to ensure all contracts are commercially managed correctly
Responsibilities

  • Accurate preparation of weekly / monthly reports both internally and to Clients.
  • Working with operational teams to improve performance and enhance margins.
  • Working where required with the Divisional Team in developing the strategy for future business.
  • Supporting where required in pricing of Tender opportunities.
