Commercial Manager Planned Maintenance
Location: South London
Our client is seeking a Commercial Manager to provide leadership on all commercial activities from pre-contract to post contract while managing budgets, client relations and overseeing a team of Quantity Surveyors. Your role will cover both securing contracts and operational project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage budgets, commercial performance, and client relationships.
• Lead the Cost Value Reconciliation (CVR) process and monthly Contract Review Meetings.
• Oversee Assistant/Quantity Surveyors and support tender adjudication.
• Ensure material procurement through collaboration with the buying department.
About You:
• Experience in a Commercial Manager role within the maintenance or construction industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage pre and post-contract activities and drive operational success.
