Are you a Contracts Manager with considerable experience working with various large and small-scale projects and are wanting to progress your career as a team leader.

On offer, is the exciting opportunity for a motivated Contracts Manager to join an expanding family run building contractors. This company has a solid reputation in building contracting due to it's high standards of work as well as the amazing progression routes available.

In this role, to be a successful Contracts Manager you would be responsible for managing multiple site managers independently, maintaining relationships with the company's clients and agents as well as working on a range of projects to make sure the contracts adhere to their legal specifications and mitigate any necessary changes.

The ideal Contracts Manager would ideally have good knowledge on fire remediation and fire door installation projects or similar as well as adaptability and motivation to progress in this managerial position.

The Role:

Responsible for managing site managers
Day to day managerial on the contractual obligations

The Person

Previous experience as a contract manager or similar
Knowledge or experience working in a similar role in fire remediation and fire door installation projects or similar
Local to site in SE1.
