Finefair, a leading provider of temporary accommodation (TA), is seeking an In-House Paralegal to join our team!

With a portfolio of over 3,000 properties across London, the Midlands, and Home Counties, we offer a supportive environment where you can make a real difference. You’ll work closely with our legal and operational teams to ensure compliance, manage disputes, and provide valuable legal guidance across the business.

Are you the right person for the job?

  • Candidate should have preferably a Law Degree or educated to a degree level with LPC
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a paralegal role
  • Excellent communication skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to handle complex conversations with professionalism

What will your role look like?

  • Audit and review contracts with local authorities and the Home Office, ensuring operational and legal compliance
  • Handle disputes, draft legal documents, and instruct solicitors or counsel as needed
  • Manage tenancy issues, including eviction and possession proceedings
  • Support compliance with Council Tax, planning laws, HMO licenses, and risk management
  • Oversee policy renewals, and claims, and ensure effective risk coverage
  • Advise on matters from intellectual property to data protection
  • Promote legal best practices, delivering training and fostering a culture of compliance
