Customer Support Specialist (Swiss & German Speaking)

Location: Hybrid (Canary Wharf, London - 2 days in-office)
Position Type: Full-Time

What We're Looking For:

  • Fluent Swiss German speaker with strong English skills.
  • At least 1 year of customer support experience in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset and a passion for service excellence.
  • Experience with customer support software such as Sprinklr is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the Swiss and Austrian markets is essential.


Your Role:

  • Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including email, live chat, and social media.
