Regen Solution is seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician to join one of our reputable clients, specialising in maintenance works within the Social Housing sector. This role primarily involves day-to-day reactive repairs in communal areas across South East London.
This is a temporary-to-permanent position, offering long-term opportunities.
About Our Client:
Our client is a well-established and highly regarded maintenance contractor with several flagship contracts throughout the South East. They are known for their professionalism, reliability, and commitment to quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct reactive electrical repairs in communal areas within social housing properties.
- Carrying out testing works and sign offs
- Ensure all work meets the required safety and compliance standards.
- Deliver high-quality workmanship with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- 18th Edition Certification (essential).
- 2391 (or 2394 & 2395) Testing and Inspection qualification (essential).
- Proven experience in the Social Housing sector and commercial environments.
- Full set of tools, including a calibrated tester.
