Who will you be as General Manager:
- Looing for an AGM from a pedigree restaurant
- Someone happy to be on the floor, touching tables and challenging your team to be the best
- Someone who understand an independent Restaurant group and likes to be involved in decision making and enjoys accountability
- Passionate about great food and service – this is pitched at the Premium end of the market but not fine dining. Guests want an experience
- Know your wines – you will need to add value to this operation
- Looking for organic growth – the business will continue to expand so progression opportunities are real
