I'm currently working with a key client of mine, a residential developer, in assisting them with recruiting of a Finishing Manager for their residential scheme based in East London. The development compromises of over 400 units RC frame.
As a Finishing Manager, you'll be responsible for taking units from 2nd fix stage through to handover. You will be responsible for driving the internals through to completion, ensuring a high quality finish, managing health and safety, managing the sub-contractors on site and reporting into the SSM. The ideal candidate must have worked for a residential developer, with a proven track record of delivering units to a timley fashion.
This is a 12 month freelance role. payments made via CIS and looking for an immediate start. You must hold a valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Cert.
