This is a great opportunity for an experienced Estimator to join a growing main contractor where you will be working on a variety of projects in the commercial sector, all whilst working in close knit team and having ample opportunities for personal and professional development.

This growing main contractor work on both residential and commercial projects, with main bulk of their projects being within the commercial sector. They work on a mixture of commercial projects from hotels, bars, restaurants or offices they can offer their clients a range of services. With services ranging from light or major refurbishment or complete fit out, the ability to deliver these services to a variety of clients has found them success as of late. Which has resulted in a full workbook, this is why they are looking to add to their close knit and dynamic team with this great opportunity.

As an Estimator you will take on a number of responsibilities, you will receive and manage tenders as they come in from clients. You will then print the drawings and produce of take offs from those drawings and client specifications. You will then determine an estimation for the cost of labour and material for the projects. As well as that you will be required to travel to their sites to liaise with on-site teams to ensure projects are running smoothly and to allow for accurate estimates. Finally, amongst other responsibilities you will be responsible for collecting quotes from subcontractors and suppliers to help create successful bids.

The ideal candidate will be an Estimator with experience within the commercial sector, as well as holding a full UK drivers license to be able to travel to their sites nationwide.
