What You'll Be Doing:

- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes
- Handling safeguarding and right-to-work checks
- Maintaining and updating HR databases, ensuring seamless payroll processing
- Being a first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring confidentiality at all times
What We're Looking For:
- Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in IT systems and administrative processes
- A confidential and professional approach to HR matters
- Minimum Level 2 qualifications (Grade 4 / C or above) in English, Maths, and Science
