Our client is a prestigious full-service law firm based in London with a strong international presence. They offer a comprehensive range of integrated legal services to individuals, organizations, and businesses both in the UK and globally.

The role

In your new role as a HR Administrator you will be responsible for providing high-quality and timely admin support to the Human Resources department..

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • First point of contact for all general HR queries, and management of the HR inboxes.
  • Draft employee letters/emails and contracts.
  • Manage the onboarding and leaving processes, including setting up new starters on HR systems.
  • Liaise with agencies, undertake recruitment activities such as arranging interviews and co-ordinating internal diaries along with internal tests / exercises.
  • Maintain hard copy personnel records and ensure filing is kept up to date.

  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritise a busy workload.
  • A keen interest in HR.
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or similar field.
