Cegeka UK (formerly CTG UK) are currently looking for a Research Lead on behalf of our UK Central Government client. This is an initial 1-month requirement, with the potential for a further 3-months extension and would be a hybrid working model based at our clients London site. We are looking for someone who is experienced within managing user research projects, with an established set of best practices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of content designers and user researchers, acting as a service design authority
  • Evaluate, update and review content at all stages of the end-to-end user journey and sharing best practises
  • Advise and coordinate content and User Research activities
  • Ensure technical risks are appropriately managed, ensuring maximum value is achieved


Skills and Experience:

  • Leadership experience working at a senior level on large, complex user research projects
  • A deep understanding of user research and content provision within the government sector
  • Expert level knowledge of GOV.UK and GDS phases
  • Previous experience of creating, evaluating, updating and reviewing content at all stages of the end-to-end user journey and sharing best practises
