Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant looking for a leadership role? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for driving sales? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are seeking a dynamic and confident Sales Consultant to take charge of a busy on-site sales operation in Woolwich. You will be the key point of contact for clients, responsible for leading the sales function, mentoring a second sales consultant, and collaborating with the wider sales team to achieve and exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities:

? Lead and manage the on-site sales team providing guidance, motivation, and support
? Manage the customer journey from first contact to completion, ensuring an outstanding client experience
? Engage with prospective buyers, qualifying leads, conducting viewings, and driving reservations
? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other stakeholders
? Work closely with the client to provide updates, sales reports, and market insights
? Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations, ensuring customers understand the benefits of the development
? Ensure the sales suite and show homes are always presented to the highest standard
? Stay up to date on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments

About You:

?? Experienced in on-site new homes sales ideally working with well-known developers
?? Confident leading a site and managing sales performance
?? Excellent communicator with a natural ability to build rapport with buyers and stakeholders
?? Self-motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
?? Organised and detail-oriented, ensuring all paperwork and CRM systems are kept up to date
?? Flexible and adaptable, comfortable working 5 days a week on a rota, including weekends
