A secondary school in Redbridge is looking to appoint a Head of Humanities to lead the Humanities department and maintain and raise the existing high standards. This is a school where students enjoy studying Humanities and perform exceptionally well at GCSE and A-level. They are looking for someone with a passion for Humanities alongside the desire to push students to develop and excel in the subject. The right candidate will have high expectations of the staff in their department and students. Lead by example and be a role model, whilst looking at ways to consistently improve learning and outcomes, Be approachable, and willing to work across the Trust sites.
