We are looking for an experienced and passionate Manager to lead the team, drive service excellence, and help grow the business. Youll be at the forefront of day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service during peak hours while maintaining the highest standards of food, drink, and customer experience.

About the job:

Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and excellent customer service.
Manage, train, and inspire a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
Ensure a welcoming and warm environment for all guests, handling any issues with professionalism.
Maximise profitability by managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimising staff schedules.
Implement and uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Work closely with suppliers to maintain stock levels, particularly focusing on fresh, seasonal ingredients from Borough Market.
Drive marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain regular guests.
Continuously seek ways to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

About You:

Proven experience as a AGM in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.
Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends, with a passion for locally sourced ingredients.
A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and building positive relationships with customers and staff.
