PAY: £95 - £110 a day (depending on experience)

CONTRACT:Full Time & Long Term

WORKING HOURS:Monday to Friday (Term time only)

START DATE:ASAP Start

LOCATION: Redbridge

About the role SEMH Teaching Assistant:

SEMH Teaching Assistant

Working in a Secondary SEN School

Supporting a pupil with SEMH and behavioural needs on a 1:1 and small group basis

Providing support for pupils both inside and outside the classroom

Focus on behavioural needs in order for students to achieve academic targets in addition to personal and social development

Full-time & Long Term contract

Starting ASAP

Located in Redbridge

The ideal candidate SEMH Teaching Assistant:

SEMH Teaching Assistant

Good academics Degree, A Levels & GCSEs

Previous experience of working with children (Voluntary or Paid)

Previous experience with SEN, specifically trauma, social, emotional and mental health conditions

Confident, engaging and upbeat personality

Reliable, dedicated and consistent

Passionate about SEN

Previous experience in a classroom is desirable

Empathetic with a good sense of humour!
