They are cultivating a space where there are no wrong questions and mentorship is at the core of their business. You can develop from an Account Handler to an Account Executive, building meaningful relationships with clients that go far beyond the transactional. they will invest in your development, putting you through your CII exams if that's what you want to do.

THE ROLE:

• Working primarily with existing client, building relationships to increase the rates of renewals in the business.
• Generate quotes for new business.
• Create relationships with Underwriters and negotiate to get the best deals for your clients.
• Work alongside the directors to aid in the acquisition of new business.
• Keep accurate and up to date records on the CRM.

PERSON SPECIFICATION:

• 3 years of Experience in an Insurance Broking environment. This can be in Commercial or High Net Worth Personal Lines.
• Achieved or willing to work towards the Cert CII.
• Willingness to ask questions and desire to grow.
• Used a Broking system like Acturis or Open GI.
