Who You'll Be Working for:

Working with in the Logistics Team interacting internally with various departments along with our Third Party Warehouse and other UK Merchants.

Stock Control Coordinator - What You'll be Doing Each Day:

  • Manage the inbound delivery and collection process of customer owned stock from other UK Merchants
  • Assisting with Customer Reserve Management
  • Landing stock once arrived onto the AX system
  • Book to Book system reconciliation
  • Consult with other Wine Merchants to obtain values/invoices for wine purchased outside of the company
  • Help support the Export area for holidays/sickness
  • Handling of stock related queries
  • Liaise with third party warehouses
  • Raising, amending & receipting transfers, return orders, uplifts and purchase orders
  • Obtain invoices for customer wine bought from other Merchants
  • Maintain transactional records

Stock Control Coordinator - The Skills You'll Need to Succeed:

  • A background in Stock Control or Logistics
  • University graduate level or equivalent experience
  • Enthusiastic and keen to learn
  • Effective communication skills
  • Analytical and numeric
  • Good attention to detail and organised
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and especially strong skills with Excel
  • Experience of using ERP systems beneficial but training given
