Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle domestic abuse cases and childcare cases.
  • Manage other areas of work involving:
    • Divorce and separation
    • Financial remedy
    • Co-habitation
    • Children matters
    • Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
  • Work on public and private law children matters and financial proceedings.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years PQE.
  • Knowledge of Legal Aid work.
  • Experience in all areas of family law work.
