A great opportunity for a Shift Maintenance Engineer to join a leading building services on one of their flagship contracts in Canary Wharf. Working for a market leader in building services maintenance, this offers the successful shift engineer a great chance to work on a prestigious site as part of a stable maintenance team, with all the opportunities of personal training and development.
Duties
- PPMs & Reactive maintenance on electrical and mechanical systems
- Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation
- Organising and escorting subcontractors
- Ensuring logbooks are kept up to date
- producing RAMS
- Assisting the Authorised person with shutdowns
- Training to become on-site authorised person
Requirements
- City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations
- 17th/18th Edition
- Career driven and motivated
- Client facing
