The opportunity
Due to continuous growth our client is currently looking to expand their team with an additional Site Manager to oversee and manage various refurbishment projects in Greenwich , London area. Majority of the work will be housing association and the chosen candidate must have experience in this area.
Tasks/responsibility's
- Management of subcontractors.
- Management of trades.
- Liaising with councils, local authority's and clients.
- Appreciate Client needs and deliver objectives.
- Site meetings.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships.
- Reporting daily to the director with progress updates on live projects.
- Management of materials.
- Ensure project records are comprehensive and up to date.
Skills Required
- Experience of a similar role as Site Manager or supervisor.
- Previous experience working with councils or local authority's.
- Great customer relationship skills.
- IT skills are a must.
- Swiftly able to manage and resolves problems that arise.
- Able to multi-task in a fast paste environment.
- Proactive, diligent, quick learner.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
