Responsibilities of the PPA Primary Teacher:
- Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons across multiple year groups.
- Provide effective classroom management and maintain a positive learning environment.
- Adapt to different classes and support students with varying abilities.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers to ensure continuity in learning.
- Follow the school’s curriculum and policies while covering planned absences.
Requirements for the PPA Primary Teacher:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience teaching in a primary setting.
- Strong classroom management and adaptability skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service or a willingness to apply for one.
