Year 4 Primary Teacher, Redbridge

Contract: Full-time, Long-term (until July 2025) with potential for permanent placement
Salary: Up to 248 per day
Our client primary school in Redbridge is seeking a passionate and dedicated Year 4 Primary Teacher to join their supportive and dynamic team. The Primary Teacher Role
As a Year 4 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering an engaging and well-structured curriculum, ensuring all students achieve their full potential. You will foster a positive learning environment, promote academic excellence, and support the personal development of each child in your care.
This role is available immediately and will continue until July 2025, with the possibility of becoming a permanent position from September 2025 for the right candidate.

Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to help them achieve their best.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers to support student learning and development.
- Participate in school activities, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities.
- Maintain high standards of teaching and learning, ensuring every child reaches their full potential.
Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching in Key Stage 2
- Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks.
- A passion for education and a commitment to fostering a love of learning.
- Excellent classroom management skills with a nurturing and inclusive approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated and dynamic team.
