Position Summary:

  • We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team. The Occupational Therapist will assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans to help patients of all ages develop, recover, and improve the skills needed for daily living and working. This role requires a collaborative team member who can work with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to promote well-being and enhance patient independence.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Patient Assessment & Evaluation

      • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate physical, cognitive, and functional abilities.
      • Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and progress.
      • Evaluate patients' environments and recommend adaptive equipment or home/workplace modifications.
    • Treatment & Intervention

      • Implement customized therapeutic activities to improve patients' abilities in daily life activities and work-related functions.
