Key Responsibilities of the Key Stage 1 Teacher:

Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons across Key Stage 1, following the school's curriculum.
Provide regular and constructive feedback on student progress and achievement.
Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and enriched learning experience for students.
Foster a positive classroom environment by setting high standards for behaviour and academic excellence.
Effectively manage classroom assistants and other support staff.
Keep accurate records of student progress and communicate updates to parents and senior staff.
