Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons across the core subjects (English, Maths, Science) tailored to the needs of LKS2 & UKS2 students.
  • Create an inclusive classroom environment that supports the progress and well-being of all students.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, using data to provide targeted support and differentiate instruction as needed.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, including teaching assistants and the SENCO, to provide a cohesive learning experience.
  • Ensure lessons align with the National Curriculum while catering to the diverse learning styles of your class.


Experience:

  • Previous experience teaching Year 4 or other Key Stage 2 classes in a primary school setting is essential.
  • A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and how to support students' progression in Key Stage 2 is highly desirable.
