A creative and inclusive primary school located in Redbridge, London are looking for an ambitious, confident and outgoing Autisum Support Assistant to provide support with children aged from 5 to 11 who have mild autism.

This is a full time, long term role starting in October 2024 until at least July 2025.

This is an excellent primary school to gain knowledge of Autism and have the best coaching from an experienced and passionate teaching and support team.

They are specifically looking for a confident and compassionate candidates to join their team this October. You will be working across EYFS, KS1 and KS2 to gain as much knowledge, skills and experience as you possible can. You will be working with different ranges of Autism as well as developmental stages to give you the most knowledge possible.

You will work alongside a motivated team of teachers, various therapists, inclusion staff and a brilliant SENCO.

As an Autism Support Assistant you will help manage the classroom environment, creating exciting activities and delivering tailored programmes to pupils using the extensive resources available to the school.

The ideal candidate for this Autism Support Assistant role would be either a graduate searching for the perfect role to start their career in education or an individual with experience passionate about Autism (ASD) and looking to work alongside the best specialist staff!
