An exciting opportunity has appeared on the market with a rapidly growing M&E Building Services Contractor who operate in the London design & build Residential, mixed-use and Hotel & Leisure sectors

My client has been significantly growing over the past few years winning projects with tier one principal contractors and due to successfully completing these schemes to a high standard, they have successfully the strongest pipeline of works in the business' history and naturally they are now looking for an extremely experienced M&E Project Manager to play a crucial role in the development of their flagship project in the heart of London.

Being based between their offices in Essex and the project site, this role offers a great opportunity to progress and obtain Directorship in the coming years if the candidates wish to progress.

As my client is willing to pay market leading salaries, they are looking for a Senior M&E Project Manager who has been in the role for over 5 years, working on residential projects upwards of 20 million M&E with tier one contractor in London.

Responsibilities/ Skills & Experience

  • Electrical Qualifications.
  • Commercially astute.
  • Reporting to the company owners and Operations Director.
  • Having successfully delivered a Project valued upwards of 20 million M&E as an M&E Project Manager/ Contracts Manager from conception till completion.
  • Managing a prestigious client accounts.
  • Leading meetings with the Project Management teams.
  • Confirming design plans with surveyors, architects, and engineers.
  • Managing and overseeing the construction plans.
  • Procurement of building materials and equipment.
  • Ensuring the project is always within construction time constraints and budgets.
  • Managing and developing relationships with your teams.
  • Liaising on behalf of the company with the client.
  • Provide Weekly and monthly plans and forecasts to clients via phone, email, or meetings.

Remuneration Package
