Our client, an up-and-coming Estate Agent in the Chigwell Area, is looking to employ a Sales Negotiator for their expanding firm. They have a strong presence in the local area of Essex which has been created by a team of hardworking sales negotiators and hungry property valuers.

The successful Sales Negotiator will be offered:

  • Up to £25,000 Basic
  • Up to £35,000 OTE

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday | 08:30– 18:00

Sales Negotiator requirements:

  • Strong computer skills
  • Previous track record in estate agency
  • Ability to work as a Team Player
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Proven Track record of Selling Homes

As a Sales Negotiator, your role will include but not be limited to:

  • Booking and attending Viewings
  • Receiving offers
  • Negotiating offers
  • Phoning out properties
