About the Opportunity:
Join a dedicated client-side team of engineers at a prestigious static site in East London! This is a fantastic chance for an experienced Shift Technician to work directly for an end-user known for offering some of the best benefits in the market.

The ideal candidate will be electrically qualified and possess a solid understanding of plumbing, mechanical, and building maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform planned maintenance tasks and varied unscheduled work in a busy environment
- Perform maintenance on the infrastructure (outside work)
- Conduct PPMs and reactive maintenance
- Operate the Building Management System (BMS) and Lighting Control System (LCS)
- Complete water treatment tasks in compliance with L8 using the water treatment logbooks
- Maintain AHUs and FCUs
Qualifications & Experience:
- Relevant City & Guilds Electrical Qualifications (17th Edition & Level 3 Electrical Installations required)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in building services within a commercial, client-facing environment
- Expertise in Electrical, Fabric, Plumbing, HVAC, Maintenance, Engineering, and Mechanical Facilities
- CANDIDATE MUST BE AWARE THIS REQUIRES YOU TO WORK OUTSIDE ON OCCASSIONS
