We are seeking a high-energy Restaurant Manager for this premium dining restaurant in the heart of Shoreditch, offering an elevated experience with a focus on modern cuisine and exceptional service. This venue is renowned for its vibrant atmosphere, contemporary design, and a menu that blends innovation with tradition. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager to lead the team, ensuring the highest level of service is maintained at all times.

About the job:

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency and excellent customer service.
  • Manage, train, and inspire a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff.
  • Ensure a welcoming and warm environment for all guests, handling any issues with professionalism.
  • Maximise profitability by managing budgets, controlling costs, and optimising staff schedules.
  • Implement and uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Work closely with suppliers to maintain stock levels, particularly focusing on fresh, seasonal ingredients from Borough Market.
  • Drive marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain regular guests.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively.
  • Strong knowledge of food and beverage trends, with a passion for locally sourced ingredients.
