Rate: £20.74 PAYE/£26.53 Umbrella

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Family Support Workers and Managers to deliver efficient, effective services.
- Develop and implement "Team Around the Child" initiatives, holding an individual caseload.
- Create family care plans, ensuring the highest safeguarding standards.
- Engage directly with parents and children, offering guidance, support, and promoting positive parenting practises.
- Prepare reports for case conferences, meetings, and assist in maintaining high professional standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication skills to work seamlessly with families and partner agencies.
- Experience in case recording, care planning, and monitoring family needs.
- Ability to chair meetings and ensure service users fully understand processes.
- A commitment to promoting diversity and adhering to health and safety procedures.
