SEN Teacher - Redbridge

Are you looking for a new role working in a secondary SEN school working with students with Complex Needs in Ilford, Redbridge? If so, this may be the perfect role for you?

I am currently working alongside a lovely secondary SEN school who are looking to appoint an experienced SEN Teacher to lead a mixed KS3/KS4 class for students with Autism and/or Complex Needs.

The position is based in Ilford, Redbridge and will be a full-time, long-term position starting immediately till the end of the academic year. There will be an opportunity to go permanent at the end of the academic year. The position is paid to scale depending on your experience.

About the role:

  • Secondary SEN school

  • Mixed KS3/KS4 class, Year 7 to Year 10

  • Full-time, long-term contract

  • Opportunity to go permanent

  • M1 to M6 pay scale plus SEN allowance

  • Leading a class of up to 9 students with Autism and/or Complex Needs

  • Training and regular CPD’s provided by the school to boost professional development

The ideal candidate:

  • Have experience working and teaching in a SEN environment

  • Led classes with students with Complex Needs

  • Can work from 08:00 AM to 4:00 PM

  • Be patient, reliable, and nurturing

  • Be able to trial and/or interview immediately
