Remedy Education is seeking a part-time/full-time SEN Tutor in Ilford, East London, to start ASAP.
The role involves working 1:1 with students with special educational needs (SEN) in core subjects.
Candidates must have at least 1 year of teaching experience and 2 years of experience working with SEN, such as autism and ADHD.
The position requires a QTS, excellent communication skills, and a passion for education, with a salary that is competitive based on experience.
An Enhanced DBS on the update service is also required for this position.

SEN Tutor based in Ilford East London - Part Time/Full time - ASAP Start

Remedy Education are looking for Secondary Tutors to work 1:1 with students with SEN, you will be teaching the students core subjects.

SEN experience needed: You will work privately or through the local authorities on a 1: 1 basis to make a difference to children with SEN including autism, ADHD, dyslexia and other additional needs.

To be a SEN Tutor you will need:

QTS;or at least 1 years experience teaching and assessing in primary or secondary schools
At least 2 years' experience working with SEN special educational needs such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, ADD,
A proven record of being able to heighten pupil's confidence, self-esteem and love of learning
100% passion for education, commitment, reliability and honesty
To creatively apply differentiated techniques to planning and teaching
Excellent communication, literacy and numeracy skills
Incredible patience
An excellent knowledge of different learning styles and how to use these
The ability to deal with possible behaviour issues
A Enhanced DBS on the update service
