Job Description:
- Regularly emptying and clearing rubbish
- Replacing any failed light bulbs
- Reporting all maintenance issues to head office
- Mopping, dusting, vacuuming
- Cleaning of communal areas such as lobbies, stairwells, and landings
Qualifications and Skills:
- Candidates for this position should have the following skills and qualifications:
Full valid UK Driving Licence. - Be able to demonstrate good organisational skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong sense of time keeping.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
