Our client is a leading name within the Legionella / Water Hygiene industry, with an excellent reputation and UK-wide presence. Due to recently winning new work in the South East, they are seeking a dynamic Remedial / Plumbing Engineer to service a busy portfolio of clients. It would be beneficial for candidates to have good access to the M25 for easier travel. The ideal candidate will be able to undertake a wide range of duties and will be open to further training and learning opportunities. Salaries and packages are competitive.

The role will involve travelling across: Ilford, Barking, Dagenham, Romford, Rainham, Chigwell, Enfield, Loughton, Epping, Borehamwood, Edgware, Watford, Bushey, Harrow, Wembley, Potters Bar, Southall, Uxbridge, Hounslow, Richmond, Twickenham, Feltham, Kingston upon Thames, Mitcham, Surbiton, Croydon, Bromley, Sidcup, Bexleyheath, Erith, Dartford, Swanley, Orpington.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Must have experience working as a Remedial / Plumbing Engineer for a Water Hygiene / Legionella outfit
- Will be qualified with plumbing tickets, including: NVQ Plumbing 1/2/3 and / or G3 Vented & Unvented
- Able to undertake some Water Hygiene duties, including: Showerhead descales, TMV servicing and outlet flushes
- Well-versed in ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- Comfortable using IT applications

The Role:
- You will be undertaking a wide range of duties to ensure clients remain compliant with ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
- TMV replacements, servicing and installations
- Pump servicing
- Repairing and replacing valves
- Tank inspections, refurbishments and installations
- Deadleg removals
- Pipework adjustments and replacements
- Completing some ad-hoc water hygiene duties, including, but not limited to: showerhead descales, cleans & disinfections, acid descales, flushing on little used outlets
- Writing detailed work reports
