About the role of Senior Technical Coordinator
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Coordinator, Architect or Engineer to play a pivotal role in the delivery of a 1000 unit project in East London consisting of high-rise R/C frame towers and large mix-use elements including leisure, commercial and retail space.
This role will be site-based reporting to a Senior Technical Manager and will be part of an established team consisting of a Technical Manager another Technical Coordinator and Senior Coordinator. While being site based role, this opportunity also offers a good level of flexible working.
Requirements for the Senior Technical Coordinator role
- Experience working with a main contractor or developer or consultancy
- Experience working on residential projects
- Experience with R/C frame projects
- Delivery experience
