£25,000-£27,000 (Dependent on experience)

This is a great opportunity to join a small, close-knit business who are growing rapidly! They are seeking someone who can grow with the team, maximising opportunities and get involved in many areas of the office function across the business.
Description of the role:
- Answering the phone, dealing with enquiries and taking customer orders.
- Processing customer orders both electronically and manually.
- Maximising sales opportunities and identifying areas to grow the business.
- Processing customer invoices and ensuring payments are allocated and up to date.
- Chasing customer payments when required.
- General administrative support across the office.
- Liaising with the production team regarding order queries and issues.
- Arranging deliveries with customers and ensuring they are kept up to date.
About you:
- Experience of working within a small office function.
- IT Literate, ability to use Word, Excel and order processing software.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A keen interest to learn new skills and expand your knowledge.
