Part-Time HR Manager – Ilkeston – £35,000 - £50,000 (Pro Rata)We are partnering with an established manufacturing business in Ilkeston, who are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to join their team on a flexible, part-time basis (around 3 days per week).  The role can be organised around school hours.About the Company:Our client is a growing organisation with around 100 employees who values collaboration, innovation, and quality. They are looking for an HR professional who can provide strategic guidance while also managing the day-to-day HR functions.The Role:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
